This is actually one the most requested chest press from our clientele.
This machine has a great converging movement path.
As per resistance profile, it gets really heavy on the shortened position and lighter on the lengthened position.
It’s very important to adjust the height of the seat correctly to avoid too much shoulder engagement.
As the weight gets heavier, I also suggest to use some sort of rubber bumpers for an easier starting position.
