The Nautilus Xpload Vertical Chest allows for incredible chest focus. The double handle, wide and narrow, allows for varying the stimulus over time as well as satisfying different user preferences. The unilateral and convergent arm movement prevents the predominance of one arm over the other and follows the correct bio-mechanics of the movement. The adjustable backrest allows for different starting positions and a greater range of motion based on user preferences.
