Small footprint, simple old school design, one of our personal favorite shoulder press. This machine has adjustable starting points, which makes the unit a great fit for all users. Not an easy movement at all, that’s why it’s a really underrated machine in our opinion. Almost the same level of freedom of a dumbbell press. If you know how to purely isolate your shoulder, this machine will become one of your favorite movement.
