The Cybex Galileo Row/Rear Delt is an excellent machine for training the center of the back. The unilateral movement of the arms, the double grip possibility and the possibility of adjusting the height of the seat make it extremely versatile for every user. A note of merit must also be dedicated to the pedal that allows the handles to be brought closer to the user so as to make the beginning of the exercise more comfortable.
