It genuinely surprised us and quickly became one of our favourite selectorized rows. The independent swivel arms with rotating handles allow each arm to follow its own natural path, making the movement feel incredibly smooth from start to finish. The slightly forward angled chest pad does an excellent job of putting you in the perfect position to target the upper back. Both the seat height and the chest pad depth are adjustable, making it easy for every user to find the ideal setup and preferred range of motion.
